职责：
Responsibility
- 新供应商质量体系，过程能力评审，确认供应商的整改措施是否有效，其产品和过程是否能适合图纸的要求，其是否具备批量质量稳定的能力。
New supplier quality system and process audit, verify the effectiveness of corrective action by supplier, define if the supplier is capable of producing product according to drawing requirement under series condition.
- 参与新项目开发，跟踪识别开发中存在的进度或质量问题，并采取合适的方式报警或解决问题，与项目人员合作确保供应商能在规定的时间内交出合格的样件并达到批量生产的能力。
Participate new project development, Identify quality problems or risks and follow up the corrective action during the development, use proper method to solve or alarm issues, cooperate with project team members to make sure supplier is able to deliver qualified samples within defined time line and the production process meet the series condition.
- 定期到供应商的现场进行过程评审和产品实物质量监控，及时发现问题和潜在的风险，并能有力有效地采取措施确保供应商按时，按质，按量的交付。
TImely do product and process audit at suppliers' manufacturing location, able to identify problems and potential risks and proper method is adopted to make sure supplier can deliver qualified product according to contracted volume on time.
- 对于项目开发中或批量交付中产生的质量问题，能用8D的方法去判明问题，采取有效遏制措施，分析并验证问题的根本原因，确认并跟踪整改对策。
For series quality issues happened in project development and series delivery, use 8D method to judge correct problem description, use effective containment action, analyze and verify root cause of the issue thus confirm and follow up corrective actions.

要求：
Requirement:
-全日制大学工科类专业本科学历
Industry Bachelor's degree,
-能读懂机械类图纸
Capable of understanding mechanical drawing
-有在工厂车间类的的现场实际经验
On hand experience in production workshop
-能用英语与国外同事进行口头/书面交流
Capable of communication oversea colleagues in oral and written English
-肯干，肯吃苦-能适应高强度/高频度出差，能适应恶劣工作环境下的工作，如铸造/焊接/喷漆车间的工间
Be willing to work hard and can adapt to high frequency business trip, be able to work in frontier workshop in the heat/dirt condition such as casting/welding/painting workshop
-理解并有实际接触如APQP/PPAP
Experience of APQP/PPAP using in real projects.
-理解并能实际应用SPS, FMEA, 鱼骨图等质量工具
Experience of using quality tool such as SPC FMEA fish-bone to improve quality level.
-具备现场实际分析/解决质量问题的能力
Experience of on site analyze and solve quality issues.

MAHLE Technologies Holding (China) Co., Ltd (a.k.a MTC) was established in Shanghai in April, 2006, providing services in the areas of R&D, sales, purchasing, finance, IT, HR as well as communications to other MAHLE operations in China as the regional headquarters and the technical center.
