Purpose of Position
Responsible for the organization and execution of the PCR Product Plans to support International Sales business objectives and market requirements; The work scope are:
1. Conduct market requirement analysis, and validate and clarify customer requirements on product, and develop business plan for new product opportunity.
2. Develop, organize and maintain regional and global product plan, product roadmap, and product portfolio;
3. New product development: Cooperate with R&D to develop new product and ensure that the new product compliant with market requirement.
4. Plan the TM plan of new projects, together with R&D and Factory industrialization team and ensure timely launch of the new product.
5. New product launch: Develop product launch plan and implementation.
6. Existing product lifecycle maintenance; Develop Product FAB, Highlight selling points and develop product literatures.
7. Publish status updates on product under development ;
8. Compile product offerings by key competitors;
Compile Export PCR Product Supply List.

Job Responsibility
Policy and procedure management
Establish and implement procedures and tools for the New Product Development Request process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Product Marketing function
Project / PCR Product plan management
Organize and maintain regional and global product plan, roadmap, portfolio;
Input and validate new product requirement;
Submit New Product Development Request Form; Communicate, coordinate and facilitate internal and external collaboration on the project development, from conceptualization, requisition, design & development objectives, mould acquisition and product industrialization to product launch;
Publish status update and monitor product TM schedules;
Lead monthly Product Marketing calls with Regional sales and marketing team to address product requisition and product development issues.
Product marketing
Compile, analyze, organize information of competitors’ and ours products;
organize test result of competitor product and our product;
Identify and recommend product positioning / application of our products.
ROW PCR Product Launch Preparation
Support ROW sales team with pre-launch preparation.
Product Knowledge Training
Develop training / coaching program for immediate staff and RoW sales staffs.
New PCR Product post launched management
Analyze sales performance of newly launched international sales products for two years and recommend corrective actions on weakness; Recommend products to be phased-out from International sales product plan
PCR Product Supply List
Organize and maintain and provide timely the monthly PCR product supply list to sales and supply chain for planning references.
Competitor information compiling
Collect competitor’s product information and compile into a database. Trace market trend through competitor product portfolio analysis.

Job qualification
1. Candidate must have 3-5 year wokring experience at least in tire industry or auto parts industry;familiar with project management;
2. Familiar with and understand tire products and its application;
3. Familiar with industry related to tire, example automotive industries, and automotive retail and service industries;
4. Willingness to learn, analytical, strong ability to organize and communicate with all level of colleagues and able to handle work stress at ease;
5. Able to communicate in English language with colleagues from regional office;
Able to train and coach staffs and colleagues on tire product knowledge.
6. Product management experience in tire industry or automotive industry for at least 3 years and/or
7. Sales & marketing AND /OR R&D experience in automotive product for at least 3 years.
