Job function:

Part I Organizing GM’s office and assist GM on daily work
-Drafting reports, memos, meeting minutes, letters and presentations
-Scheduling GM’s time planning
-Translating and interpreting for GM
-Hosting visitors and handling phone calls and correspondence
-Documents and filing
-Organizing company events and supporting for group events organization
-Assisting GM on daily business related work

Part II Marketing
-Work closely with international sales and marketing team in headquarter
-Planning, organizing and executing of exhibitions in cooperation with sales team of Hubner Shanghai and marketing team in headquarter
-Coordinating and supporting of projects (including company image and product photography, film work, apps, advertising campaigns)
-Sourcing and selecting company gifts
-Collecting bus and rail market information, comeptition information and regular reporting
-Supporting in maintaining company Internet and Intranet sites
-Supporting in preparation of PR activities
-Preparing and updating product brochures and company presentations
-Selecting advertising media to work together

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree, with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years professional experience as business assistant in foreign invested company, marketing experience in international company is preferred
-Excellent English language skills
-Excellent skills in MS Windows and Office
-Pro-active working style and service attitude
-High team spirit and commitment
