Mission:
1. Perform the acquisition of complex system (materials, products and services), consistent with the target of cost, time and quality;
2. Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the creation and tracking of sourcing plan and project budget;
2. Implement purchase activities for assigned commodities;
3. Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers, make price comparison;
4. Work with Project Engineering and other related team members for verifying scope of supply;
5. Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with suppliers to reach company’s target;
6. Prepare recommendation and purchase orders according to company processes and sourcing policies;
7. Follow up suppliers for on-time delivery, track the main milestones in the supply, apply payment plan for the suppliers;
8. Monitor key supplier quality and logistic performance, follow up suppliers’ correct action plan;
9. Support the estimating activities during the proposal phase of a project;
10. Execute Cost analysis for assignment commodities, study the supply market for new opportunities of solutions and costs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, supply chain management or project management;
2. At least 5 years experiences (international enterprise) in sourcing field, manufactory sourcing experience preferred;
3. Strong negotiation and coordination skills with internal teams and the suppliers. Able to make reasonable decisions under tough situation;
4. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, a good team player;
5. Strong sense of timing controlling, logic thinking, target approaching;
6. Knowledge of contract law, international trade rule is a plus;
7. SAP is a plus;
8. Good at both oral and written English;
