Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Manager to follow up the schedule and feedback the progress in time once the project set up;

项目成立后，协助项目经理跟踪项目进程，及时反馈进度。

- Assist Project Manager to coordinate different function departments for smoothing the work flow.

项目进行时，协助项目经理对各职能部门的工作衔接进行协调。

- Update and maintain the project information in ERP at the basis of in time and precise.

及时更新和维护ERP里的项目信息，要求及时精确。

- Assist with the customer inspection.

协助客户的验货工作。

- Making different kinds of sheets and reports by fluent using Microsoft Office.

熟练运用office软件制作各类表单、报告。

- Perform additional assignmens per supervisor's direction.

上级安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

任职要求：

- 本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above

- 有项目协调管理经验者优先考虑；

Working experience in project coordinating will be preferred;

- 能在压力下工作

Be able to work under pressure;

- 熟练的口语及书面英语沟通技巧

Fluent English skill in both verbal and written

- 有团队合作精神
