岗位职责：
1、利用即时聊天工具、邮件、电话等形式，帮助客户妥善解决购买过程中的各类问题；
2、记录并及时反馈客户的问题；
3、与客户建立良好关系，推广公司的产品和服务计划；
4、完成公司产品/文案的翻译工作；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、英语专业4级或以上，具备良好的语言沟通能力及表达技巧，能够熟练掌握此语言的听说写；
3、能够接受翻班制的工作，8小时翻班制，日班做3休1（13:00-21:30），夜班做3休2（21:30-06:00），早班（6:00-13:00）；
4、具有团队合作精神，耐心细致，有责任心；
5、能够承受一定的工作压力，积极有效的配合上级工作；
6、熟练掌握计算机操作；
7、熟悉电子商务和网络游戏者优先。
