【岗位名称】网站运营主管


【岗位职责】
1、负责网站整体运营及维护，包括网站设计、管理、更新B2C电子商务网站的内容以及描述；
2、协助市场部策划、实施网站的各种营销活动方案；
3、设计优化电子商务网站的客户交互、下单流程，提高页面友好型和易购性；
4、负责搭建电子商务网站用户的行为分析模型、体系，降低页面跳出率，提升用户转化率；
5、对UV转化率、跳出率、月平均客户消费金额和平均订单金额负责，对ROI部分负责。


【任职要求】
1、本科或以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、心理学、新闻等相关专业毕业；
2、三年以上电子商务网站运营经验，熟悉网站运作和推广的各种方式，有海外电子商务平台经验者优先；
3、具备独立完成网站内容架构、栏目策划、活动策划的能力，有项目管理经验；
4、英语6级以上，英语听说读写能力熟练，有第二外语能力（法语、德语）更佳；
5、有远大志向，注重细节，为人诚信，思维严谨，认同目标导向，有一定抗压能力；
6、具备出色的沟通能力、文案写作能力、数据分析能力，对互联网用户行为有一定的理解。
