Key areas of accountability主要工作职责

1) Act as Quality project leader for process improvement projects and as primary interface for the Quality team with operations, SCM, and quality functions as needed to implement improved business processes. Responsibility, authority and accountability (RAA) for project scope, delivery, and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments;

2) Manage the complete project to ensure accuracy of content and that a robust process and implementation plan exists for each project. Follow up with respective functions to ensure deliverables are complete and on-time to support process improvements. Collaborate with APQP, Plant Quality, SQEs and QMS Manager to ensure actions are executed on-time and with high efficiency.

3) Collect and analysis on the similar product field experience and define the quality goal;

4) Involve the project team in the Quality Plan; and make sure it's consistent with project budget and schedule;

5) Ensure that all offer requirements are well taken in account in the product and design;

6) Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness Design and Quality targets;

7) Ensure Product specification cover all Critical-to-quality(CTQ) points;

8) Provide support on DFMEA and PFMEA

9) Check the Verification test VS DFMEA and Specification

10) Perform Validation assessment

11) Lead Safety Process in parallel

12) Perform Quality assessment for each gate.

13) Make sure the risk management well applied in project Requirements;

Job knowledge, skills & experiences岗位要求及任职资格

a)Education学历:

Bachelor degree (or above) major in Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, industrial/manufacturing technology.

b) Experience工作经验:

More than 5 years relevant experience in R&D Quality or R&D Technical or project management;

Experience on Kitchen Appliance (Rice cooker, Electric pressure cooker, etc) to be preferred

c)Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

Familiar with quality tools (FMEA,audit and etc.)

Ability to detect risks and problem solving skills;

Experience in Safety Standard, National Standard, ISO9001

Good command of read and written English;。

d)其他:

Good communication skill;Self-management and responsible;Team work spirit;Knowledge on 6 Sigma / DFSS will be a plus.
