职位描述：

1. 管理进出口业务，以保证产品和单证信息及时抵达客户指定地点；

2. 为公司物流工作建立起切实高效地标准流程，在满足及时到货的同时将成本降至最低；

3. 对现有货运服务商进行有效管理，同时开发更优质的服务商；

4. 与政府相关部门就有关进出口单证和授权建立起联系，例如海关，商检代理等。

5. 及时将工作文件归档，以便方便今后查询；

6. 与公司其它部门一同开展商检，海关所要求的工作；为其它部门提供擅长领域的技术支持；

7. 根据销售订单，生产计划和库存水平及时给采购提供物料需求计划；

8. 处理付款申请等事宜和日常文件档案系统

9. 妥善处理突发性部门事务

10. 管理层交办的其他事项。

职位要求：

1. 大专学历及以上；

2. 至少3~5年国际物流操作和物料计划经验；

3. 良好的英语口、写能力；

4. 熟悉Microsoft等电脑技能；

5. 有海关及检验检疫局工作经验者优先；

6. 必须具备团队合作精神。

Job Description:

1. Take ownership role in managing import/export activities to ensure proper and timely material and information flow;

2. Set up and implement the shipment planning, define proper logistic flow in order to achieve a delivery on time while minimizing the cost as well;

3. Well managing existed logistics servers and developing new forwarder if needed;

4. Manage government authorities, such as customhouse and import/export related agency;

5. Documentation works should be completed for any daily work in timely manner for traceability;

6. Work closely with internal teams to enforce customhouse/CIQ compliance and provide technical support to the team in your areas, like tariff classification, free trade agreement etc;

7. Set up raw material demand planning according to Sales demand and inventory level by working closely with sales, production and warehouse;

8. Deal with payment issues and archive daily files systematically;

9. Well deal with abnormal issues happen during daily process;

10.Other tasks assigned by management.
