Job Description:

1. Coordiate with Global TM and Sales to ensure customers' needs translated into solutions or products
2. Closely working with the sales team to introduce the new products to existing customers
3. Attend the trial for new product / new customer and provide feedback to sales team and BL TM
4. Trouble shooting and handling quality complaint with tight coordiation with BL TM
5. Independently define the market opportunities for promoting the existing products to new customers.
6. Provide sales team with market information of entire value chains according to the strategic target segments
7. Define market potential and identify major compounders.
8. Scouting for new technologies relevant as seed for new product lines and processes
9. Proposal and evaluation of new cooperations with universities and research institutions

Requirements:

1. Chemist, Chemical engineer background or equivalent
2. More than 6 years Field experience, customer contacts with technical background preferred
3. Understanding of compounding requirement.
4. High level of independency, good team-building skills and a high level of self-motivation
5. Good project management skills
6. Fluent spoken and written English
