职位描述
岗位职责：1. 规划、执行、协调医院DNV评审筹备和评审后的标准维护2. 协调各非临床部门编写、维护制度文档和标准操作规程文档，使其成为医院质量文件体系的一部分3. 指导各类运营与服务质量指标数据的收集、监控、分析、汇报4.基于医院“质量管理方法体系”，规划、执行、协调各项运营与服务质量活动，例如：患者满意度调查、运营与服务投诉和反馈处理、神秘顾客、服务剧本、服务礼仪规范化、5S实施等5. 基于运营与服务质量指标数据和IHI改善模型（MFI）或六西格玛方法，协调与各部门共同开展的质量改善项目6. 向医院“质量督导委员会”及其各分委会提供行政支持7. 培训和辅导运营与服务质量组内同事，以身作则推动团队有效沟通与合作8. 在运营与服务质量知识和技能方面，培训和辅导其他部门同事，在全院倡导“人人理解质量，人人创造质量，人人享受质量”的组织文化9. 协助质量管理部总监规划、执行、协调运营与服务质量其他日常工作和特别项目岗位要求：1 不低于大学本科学历2 有医学、护理、医技、公卫学历者优先考虑3 不少于3年服务行业质量部门工作经验4 有领导岗位工作经验5 有私立医院工作经验者优先考虑6 参与过JCI、DNV、ISO9001评审筹备者优先考虑7 能有效进行中、英语沟通（口语、阅读、书写）8 能熟练使用Excel或统计软件（SPSS、Stata、R等）者优先考虑

American-Sino Ob/Gyn/Pediatrics Services (ASGOP) was co-founded in 2003 by New Life Ob/Gyn Group LLP and Huashun Worldwide Medical Center. New Life Ob/Gyn Group LLP is a New York based OB/GYN medicine group with a team of American board certified obstetrics
and gynecology specialists, affiliated with several preeminent medical institutions in New York. Huashun Worldwide Medical Center is a subsidiary of Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University.
ASGOP’s founding mission is to introduce American standard Ob/Gyn services to China, staffed by certified specialists from the U.S. and China and equipped by state-of-the-art technology and equipment. ASGOP offers a full range of women’s and children’s healthcare services, including 2nd opinion and referral services to the U.S. Our first class inpatient and outpatient facilities are modern, comfortable, and conveniently located in the city center. All staff is bilingual in English and Chinese, providing high-quality personalized service and care.
