具体的职责和任务:Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties:
准备一系列肉类,禽类,蔬菜和其他食物供于在烤箱,烤炉,烤架,煎炸以及一系列的厨房设备中。Prepares a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
负责出品的质量,确保百分之一百的高质量。Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
了解并遵从符合公司标准的出品尺寸,烹调方法的一贯性,质量标准以及厨房制度,政策和程序。Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
备货并在生产线上保持有充足的食物产品供应,确保营运工作顺滑。Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
在烹饪前根据标准的尺寸和配方规格将食物分配就绪。Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
维持一个干净整洁的工作区域包括桌子,架子,烤架,烤箱,煎炸锅,意面炉灶,煤气灶,对流加热烤箱,平顶范围和制冷装置。Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment
通过分份,捣碎,拌粉,佐料或调料腌制为加热,煎炸,烘烤或其他烹调方法作准备。Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating
使用规定的餐盘及对所有餐盘进行摆盘装饰。Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
对所有产品进行适当的处理,存储和替换。Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
如需要在非高峰期协助食品预备分配工作。Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
根据厨房关闭流程清单正确的完成厨房关档工作,协助其他员工完成厨房关闭工作。Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen
参加所有排定的员工会议以及为店铺改进提供建议。Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
执行其他由厨师长或在职经理相关职责。Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
岗位要求:Job Requirements:
要求先前有厨房的制备和烹调经验。A previous experience in kitchen preparation and cooking is required.
必须能够清楚地与经理,厨师和饭厅员工沟通。Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.
能够经常弯腰举起多达40磅的物品。Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
能够保持立姿工作(多达8小时)。Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
按照食品卫生部门的标准保持工个人卫生。Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance to Health Department standards for Food Service Employees.
能够在压力下工作。Able to work under pressure.
