具体的职责和任务：Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties:
1、 确保门店有充足的员工轮换,协调好兼职员工；Ensure that the store has adequate staffed rotations, part-time staff to be coordinated;
2、 监督、培训和协助员工工作；Provide supervision, training and support to staff;
3、 确保每周订货的存放工作； Ensure weekly ordering is placed;
4、 确保每一货物都存放在正确的位置；Ensure every goods are stored in the correct location;
5、 确保所有员工都持有有效健康证并已被培训；Ensure all staff have a food hygiene certificate and are trained;
6、 确保所有员工一直能向客户提供专业水平的服务；Ensure a professional level of customer service is delivered by all staff and at all time;
7、 确保面包店区域的每日清洁并符合健康和安全要求；Ensure bakery store area is clean throughout the day and meets health & safety requirements;
8、 确保准备好每日所有的面包产品并且保证都符合食品卫生的高标准；Ensure that all bakery products that are prepared and stored in the store meet a high standard of food hygiene;
9、 组织并管理存储物资的采购；Organize and manages the purchasing of store supplies;
10、 负责每周及每月的库存盘点；Undertake weekly and monthly inventories;
11、 确保门店运营的专业化并使之产出利润；Run professionally and profitably the store;
12、 按需求建立新程序，或适应现有的程序优化运行并使它更有效； Set up new procedures when needed or adapt existing procedures to optimize the running and make it more efficient;
13、 与店经理讨论并确定培训需求； Identify & discuss training requirements with Store Manager;
14、 执行上级分派的其他任务和职责。Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

岗位要求：Requirements：
1、 有活力,态度积极,主动性强及能够处理多任务的工作；Dynamic, positive attitude, initiative, and able to handle multi-tasks;
2、 熟练的英语口语能力；Strong oral English speaking capabilities;
3、 能处理重要客人的及一些有特殊需求的客户；Able to deal with VIP/demanding clientele;
4、 能够在压力下工作；Able to work under pressure;
5、 良好的人际关系及沟通技巧；Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6、 有外资餐饮公司的相关工作经验优先；Experience in a foreign food store is a plus.
7、 身体健康,持有健康证。Healthy body, and hold the health certificate
