Overview:
？ Develop and identify reliable sources of supply with primary regard for ability to meet quality requirements, specifications, deliveries and price competitiveness.
？ Work toward reducing total procurement costs by a combined program of cost reduction, inventory carrying cost.
？ Suppliers management in the aspects of productivity, production leadtime, DPPM, service level, payment term.
？ Maintain the highest level of business ethics and ensure that this is practiced through the unit.
？ Collecting market information regarding material cost trend, new technology, etc.
Collecting sourcing related data. Excel, PPT, data analysis skills is needed.
？ Execute other related responsibilities as may be assigned.

Responsibilities:
? Solve Supply issue
? Manage Supplier Performance
? Collecting market information and analysis
? Obtain and evaluate samples for new products
? Manage trail for new products
? Visit suppliers for business reviews, development session etc.
? Mitigate potential cost increase

Requirements:
? Engineering Bachelor
? 5 years working experience Industrial products Sourcing
? Technical background is required
? Metal, plastic, electrical background is preferred
