职位:售后服务专员

工作职责:

1.协助热线工作;
2.上海区域客户电话报修和电器安装工作的安排;
3.定期回访客户,了解产品维修以及安装情况,提升客户满意度;
4.处理零配件订单,对配件仓库账目及配件库存进行管理及预警;
5.负责仓库管理工作,定期对仓库进行清理;
6.完成上级及公司安排的其他工作.


任职要求:

1.大专及以上学历,机械工程以及电子,电气专业优先;
2.两年以上相关工作经验,有仓库管理经验者优先;
3.有良好的英文读写能力,熟练使用office办公软件;
4.具有良好的沟通能力,有责任心,具有较强的团队意识和服务意识.


工作地点为闵行区颛兴路附近.


Job Description:

1.Coordinate service hotlines.
2.Coordinate services and installations in Shanghai area.
3.Visit customers regularly, review services and installations, improve customer satisfaction.
4.Process spare parts orders, manage spare parts stocks and accounts.
5.Responsible for warehouse management, take inventory and report regularly.
6.Fulfill the tasks by superior and company.

Qualification Requirement:

1.College degree or above, priority in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Electrical.
2.Minimal 2 years work experience in similar field or position, priority in warehouse management.
3.Good command of English in reading and writing, good skill of Office software applications.
4.Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, team work and service spirit.
