?Kartel staff key management.
Any new staff come to Kartel, I’ll arrange locker Key for them.
?Kartel facilities maintain
Any facilities have problem, I’ll find somebody to fix it, Keep Kartel Back to normal operation.
?Kartel Reservation
Take the Reservation order from Phone call and Kartel Reservation Email Box.
?Printing arrangement for Kartel flyer/poster/menu.
Kartel have any menu change, new promotion or event, I’ll Printing it.
?Send Kartel event/promotion advertisements through text-message and put on each website.
Any event or promotion in Kartel, The fastest time will send message advertisements through text-message.and put on each website. weibo/ smart shanghai/ city weekend…..etc.
?Collecting and screening resumes
If need to hire any employees, I’ll put recruitment information on website, After that Collecting and screening the resumes. give to Louis and Vincent to interview.
?Interview arrangement
After Collecting and screening the resumes. I’ll Arrangement the time and place , Let Louis and Vincent to interview.
?helping to resolve some Emergency thing.
Any emergency thing happen in Kartel, I’ll Helping to resolve it.


Finance 50%
?Record finance daily report and send to each managers
Follow every day sales report, record every day bank and cash income and expense, to make Kartel follow up daily report. send to each boss.
?Be in charge of purchasing as required.
Take the order list from bar captain and chef, and give the order to the supplier.
Each month need to check total expense of our supplier.
?Record each daily incoming & outgoing for Kartel and control the costs.
Any income & outgoing, I’ll check the price, to control the costs.
?Every Month arrange the payment for our supplier.
The beginning of month, Receive the invoices from each suppliers, double check with the total price, end of a month inform operations assistant and cashier to pay the money.
?Kartel Staff Salary
Before 15th of a month, Receive kartel employee salary details from benjamin, organize and distribute the salary to each
