？ College degree or the above in machining or related specialty
机械及相关专业大专以上学历
？ Good knowledge of fastener products, can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications/standards
良好的紧固件产品经验, 能理解、掌握中英文机械产品图纸及相关技术规范.
？ Be professional in using measurement tools and equipments
熟练使用检测测量工具及设备
？ Good at written and oral English
英语书面语及口语良好
？ Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP)
熟练使用Microsoft office和ERP软件(SAP)
？ Good communication and cooperation skills, active working attitude
良好的沟通和合作技巧，积极的工作态度
？ Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure
耐心、有效、负责、能承受一定压力
？ Can travel on business trip to supplier or customer sites
能适应至供应商或客户处出差

Functional area/职责
？ Study product specification， set up “FA control plan” for each initial samples from suppliers.
理解产品技术要求， 制定对供应商所提交的样品进行质量检验的“首样检验控制计划”。
？ Prepare suitable equipment and tools for FA inspection. Communicate with customer and supplier about the method/equipment used if necessary. Submit quality documents to customers, apply for the “Third party test” when needed.
选择并准备首样检验所需使用检验设备和工具, 必要时与顾客和供应商共同协商。递交质量文件给客户，如需要“第三方”检测、验证， 则提出“外委检验申请”
？ Ensure the accuracy of the “FA control plan”, and submit to QE for approval
确保质量控制计划的完整性，上报对口质量工程师审批
？ Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
？ Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
