Responsibilities:
1. Independentyly conducting consulting projects.
2.Conducting dedciated training events with the company academy.
3.Preaaration, composition and delivery of the company workshop documentation.
4.Supporting the business development team for growth and knowledge maangement within the team.
5. Coaching and promotion of Lean Thinking for their clients team and management.

Qualifications:
1. Solid knowledge of Lean Adminstration and 6-Sigma(certification) is a must.
2. Understanding of product development processes and related methods and tools is preferred.
3. Familiar with process analysis and process design in administrative areas, analysis of organizational structures and set-up of process-oriented organisation structures, Project Management in multi-project areas and Management and Leadership processes.
4.Knowledge of methods like Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving and statistical analysis tools are required.
5.Effective project management skills and ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
