职位描述
Job description
1、Support of all sales activities of HEKUMA in China with focus on the plastic automotive electronics industry;
2、Market research in China to identify possible target companies;
3、First contact to potential customers with introduction of HEKUMA and HEKUMA's expertise and Know-How；
4、Customer Visits with technical and commercial discussions/negotiations together with the responsible business development manager from HEKUMA Germany;
5、Consulting of German HEKUMA Employees in regards to local customs/behaviour and ways of thinking;
6、Networking and relationship-building with Chinese customers,with local and foreign Injection molding machine makers and tool makers;
7、Organisation of HEKUMA sales promotion events and seminars;
8、Organisation of all travel plans for customer visits together with German HEKUMA personnel;
9、Translation of marketing brochures and quotations from English to Chinese;
10、Shipping of samples to Germary;
11、Reports to local Sales Manager(Jack Zuo);
12、Based in Shanghai (office provided);
13、Extensive travel in China required as well as visits to HEKUMA in Germany.
Required Skills
1、Fluent English in speak and writing;
2、Experience and expertise in contract negotiations
3、If possible,experience,knowledge and network in the Chinese medical plastics market;
4、If possible,experience and network in the Chinese plastics industry sector;
5、Ability to understand technically complex machines including robots;
6、Understanding of the differences between European and Chinese culture;
7、Knowledge of local rules,regulations and laws in regards to import of machinery into China and in regards to local finance and banking matters (Letter of Credit,etc);
8、Excellent computer skills(Microsoft Office);
9、Loyalty towards HEKUMA.
