Essential Duties and Responsibilities,
？ Resume screaming
？ Interview arrangement
？ Personal file management
？ Meeting &Travel: arrange meetings/ appointments and travel schedules, applications and expense claims/ reimbursement
？ Ensuring daily team business including coordination
？ Telephone handling and transferring
？ Daily work based on MS Office tools
？ To prepare correspondence, presentation materials, reports, meeting memo etc.


Qualifications – Education and Experience
？ College Degree or above
？ Fluency in written and oral English is required
？ Can use computer, familiar with office software (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
？ Work hard, have team work spirit, free communication in any problems meet during work.
？ Admin experience is preferable
