·Knows district KPI’s and targets and how key markets are performing to those targets and has plans in place to achieve results in all areas of influence. 了解区域的KPI和目标,了解关键市场对这些目标的作用,并且对于在所有影响范围内取得预期成果有所计划。
·Drive KPI’s increase through effective product presentation and store merchandising. 通过有效的产品演示和店铺陈列提高KPI。

·Frequently references in stores sales reports to react to business needs and create working template for visual team.经常引用店铺销售报告以应对业务需求,并为视觉团队建立工作模板。
·Store count will be an average of 5-6 stores depending on geography

·Partners RVM/DVM to drive and align district visual strategy;与区域视觉经理共同合作实施区域视觉战略,并保持与该战略的一致性。
·Uses appropriate tools in line with brand thinking to train and develop district on visual standards.使用与品牌理念相符的相应工具,按照视觉标准培训和发展区域。
·Maintains awareness of competitor and reacts appropriately through visual solutions.保持对竞争对手的熟知度,并通过视觉方案进行恰当应对。
·Expert product knowledge and utilizes information through visual communication.具有专业的产品知识,并通过视觉沟通在实践中应用知识。

·Drives and supports the recruitment and development of visual team in district. 领导和协助本区域内视觉团队的招聘和发展。
·Actively supports orientation of Visual Supervisor or Managers in store;积极主动的协助店铺视觉主管或经理的入职;

Managing and Operating :
管理和运营:

·Initiates and organizes communication processes to ensure district is up to date visual guidelines;开展并组织沟通过程,以确保区域了解最新的视觉指导原则;
·Oversee and strategically plan movements around the visual management of stores in district; 围绕区域内店铺视觉管理工作进行预测并拟定战略行动计划;
·Influences store strategy by working closely with store manager/ team to align visual goals with that of the store and district.与店铺经理/团队紧密合作确保店铺战略与店铺和区域的视觉目标保持一致。
·Articulates and feedbacks creative solutions at management level and converts this information into appropriate feedback for field and stores;在管理层提出并反馈创新性解决方案,并将该信息转化成现场和店铺的相应反馈。
·Responsible with regularly updating their line manager with current district and field visual activity. 负责定期向其直线经理汇报目前的区域和现场视觉活动。
·Supports data collation from district to support field communication and roll out processes.协助进行对区域数据的整理,以协助现场沟通和新产品展示过程。
·Ensures action plans are achievable in order to maintain levels of productivity. 确保行动计划可以实现,从而保证销售能力的水准。

Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

·Can demonstrate visual merchandising and display skills at management level and has ability to train and coach others in a one to one or to train in a group forum在管理层级上具有较强的视觉陈列和展示技能,且有能力一对一或集中的培训和教导他人。
·Basic understanding of computer skills (email / basic word / power point) 掌握基本的电脑技能(电邮/基本文档/幻灯片技能)。
·Demonstrates creative skills and ability to coach in mannequin styling. 在时装造型方面具有创新技能和教导他人的能力。
·Demonstrates creative skills and visual understanding of layout interpretation, visual merchandising and fixture placement. 对平面布置、视觉陈列和家具摆放具有创新技能和视觉理解力。
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.较强的口头上和书面上的人际互动和沟通能力
·Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.能够承受工作压力并在规定日期之前完成任务;
·Strong attention to detail with emphasis on visual merchandising skills.非常注重细节,以视觉陈列技能为重点
·Ability to prioritize work effectively and handle multiple competing demands.能够有效排列工作的优先级别并处理多个需求互相竞争的情况;
·Strong knowledge of a similar retail environment.对类似零售环境具有较强的认知;
