Leading player in global automotive industry, strong R&D and production network with sites in 34 countries

JOB SUMMARY：
1. Protect the plant against defective purchased (internal / external) parts
2. Improve Supplier Quality towards plant quality targets
3. Perimeter: Gate 3 to end of life

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
Quality management system & management responsibility：
1. Follow the supplier performance

Resource management：
Product realization
1. Review the process of new purchased parts with the support and the co-operation of the ASQ, Program Quality leader or quality UAP engineer.
2. Secure S/R Characteristics (share with SQD who is the owner)
3. Follow the securization rate.
4. Manage and update Goods Incoming Inspection plan.
5. Validate, track and update yearly PPAP for all parts in series production, in accordance with the customer and company requirements according company Standard
6. Manage changes on purchased parts & Suppliers (internal/external) by update PPAP and process qualification audit/ S/R audits (ind. Re-sourcing) during serial production

Measurement, analysis & improvement：
1. Validate & consolidate (through QSS) required supplier quality indicators for his/her plant
2. Manage the process & Product audits of existing purchased parts where the parts are the subject of an action plan (8D), verify that suppliers are following their internal audit and cop testing planning
3. In co-operation with the serie and commodity buyers, manages suppliers, top offender in Red List & Supplier Breakthrough Quality Plan improvement process according to Group Methodology (8D, SPQA, QRQC, CSL 1 & 2 processes ).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE/POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation
2. At least 3 years practical experiences in automotive quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment
3. Experience with supplier development and management
4. Good knowledge in stamping and tooling, ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs
5. Familiar with TS16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA.
6. Tenacious and persuasive

10. Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up
11. With negotiation experience
