DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Plan work order properly and keep equipment and facilities maintain timely and effectively .
2. Coordinate with related maintenance leaders and operations teams to work out the optimal work order and ensure all equipment at good condition.
3. Help to set up and maintain a computer system for work order planning and scheduling, such as establish standard work order planning database etc.
4. Involve in development of preventive maintenance program and set up in SAP.
5. Involve in BOM (Bill of Material) setup and optimization in SAP.
6. Perform basic SAP data analysis and report under instruction to propose gap and improvement area.
7. Material/spare parts requisition according to the preset inventory principle. Involve in material management system set up and management.
8. Assist in contractor management, such as monitoring and instructing contractor’s planners at site to perform safe work, etc.
Other Works:
1. Take the facility maintenance task
2. Responsible for maintenance ENG database system
3. Responsible for work order database tracking
4. Responsible for CMMS system maintenance
5. Responsible for MOC and PI&D update
6. Maintenance ENG management procedure
7. Update the critical equipment card
8. Updated the critical spare parts
9. Create the spot inspection system
10. Maintenance site equipment
11. Support projects.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE/POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
1. College or above degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical equipment, familiar with overall planning and execution of turnaround tasks, preferred for experience in computerized maintenance management system like SAP.
3. Good knowledge of mechanical system and process, and deep understanding of equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairmen.
4. Able to work independently as well as a team player.
5. Basic English skill in both reading and writing.
