职位一:销售经理 Sales Manager
Our client is a global semiconductor company
Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing the sales of connectivity products in major & key accounts in China - attaining sales objectives, revenue growth and design wins.
2. Leading China sales team responsible for connectivity products & solutions including WIFI, BT, NFC, GPS and etc.
3. Ownership on key & potential accounts, develop and maintain customer relations, understand customer needs & product requirements.
4. Close work with BU and other internal functional team to define sales strategy in account level and product & platform level.
5. Responsible for the communication with customers (include both direct and indirect
accounts) about Broadcom connectivity product features, roadmap to get customer design in BRCM products.
6. Co-work with channel & distribution team driving revenue growth in China
Job Requirements:
1. 10+ years technical and sales experience in Semiconductor, Key account sales
experience is preferred.
2. Good knowledge on telecommunication industry and connectivity products. Engineer
background on electronics is preferred.
3. Good connection with OEM and ODMs in China. Having Mobile and/or IOT customers
relationship is preferred.
4. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering or related.
5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6. Be willing to work under pressure and challenge
7. Good teamwork, People management experience is a plus.
8. Be aggressive and self-motivated to achieve sales goal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Grow business per directly developing new accounts and through partners; manage the partner activities, funnel and results
2. Develop and maintain relationship between the company and key potential customers
3. Align with the company with the sales targets for the region and meet those targets

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

3. Strong business sense and being part of an international company in high-tech environment
4. Strong Negotiation ability skill and results driven
5. Independent and reliable; high energy, enthusiastic and persistent
6. Valid passport and readiness for extensive travel in the Region and to HQ
7. Speak both Mandarin and Cantonese for South market
8. Fluent at oral English is must
