任职要求：
1、学历要求：药学或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、2年以上药厂或医药经营企业质量管理经验；
3、熟悉药学知识，药品法规，质量管理知识。具有职业药师资格为佳。

工作描述：
1.按照法定标准和合同规定的质量条款对入库药品的质量进行逐批验收并记录及反馈。
2.负责药品质量标准及药检报告等相关资料的收集，转交文档管理员。
3.负责出库药品的质量复核，对出库药品进行质量确认放行。
4.指导仓库保管人员对药品进行合理储存，检查在库药品的储存条件，配合保管人员进行仓间温、湿度的管理。
5登记、检查、汇总仓库计量设备的保养、使用情况，并将报表提交文档管理员。
6.合格药品的质量确认，并指导其处理。
7.在仓库的每月质量检查工作，并报告检查结果和整改处理意见。
8.进行GSP、SOP和质量审计要求。
