工作职责（Job Scope）
1.独立开展内部招聘工作，完成每月的招聘指标；
2.维护，更新，优化及拓展招聘渠道，发布招聘信息；
3.搜集并进行简历筛选，电话面试，并组织协调面试时间，出具综合评价意见；
4.负责建立企业人才储备库，做好简历管理及信息保密工作；
5.支持完成公司内部安排的其他相关工作。

岗位要求（Job Requirement）
1. 全日制本科以上学历，有招聘相关工作经验，有猎头行业招聘经验者优先考虑；
2. 较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力 ；
3. 细致认真、负责心强、吃苦耐劳、个性随和、善于沟通
4. 熟悉计算机，熟练运用各种办公软件
5. 良好的团队合作精神，积极主动的工作态度与注重细节的个性，能承受较大的压力
