Family Physicians (Part-Time) or (Full-Time)：
Responsibilities:
Providing routine health screenings and counseling on lifestyle changes in an effort to prevent illnesses before they develop.
 Tasks:
？        Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases and injuries within the scope of Family Medicine in both the outpatient and inpatient setting
？        Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through interviews
？        Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings
？        Conducts ward rounds (optional) and prescribes therapy
？        Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, and compresses.
？        Performs minor surgical procedures; Determines need for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May be granted additional privileges based on documented proficiency
？        Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other Family Medicine Physicians and Chief Medical Officer;
？        Will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer in supporting facility goals
？        May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Chief Medical Officer.
 Requirements:
？        Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine
？        Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Family Medicine or Equivalent
？        Completion of residency training in Family Medicine (or Equivalent) at a hospital and program acceptable to the Department Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer
？        Minimum 2 years experience post-residency in the clinical area preferred, and more than 1 year international clinical training is preferred.
？        Fluency in English required；Other languages skills are plus

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients, including out-patient clinic and in-patient services.
Performs hospital privileged surgical procedures independently with international standards, including pre-op evaluation, admission, operation, post-op care, discharge and follow-ups. The surgical service is a streamline service with high standards of medical ethics
QUALIFICATIONS
MD or equivalent
Board certification or equivalent in general surgery
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Completed degree from and accredited Chinese or international medical university
Completed full training in general surgery in and accredited training program either in China or abroad
At lease 2 years clinical experience in general surgery, and more than 1 year international clinical training is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in English Required
Other languages skills are plus

RESPONSIBILITIE
Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other Physicians and Department Chairperson.
Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supporting facility goals
