职位描述

*Job Description
80% Conduct on-property training sessions to include TLPe: Executive Planning session, Primary Training , Post
Live Support, TLGO and other related training sessions in either a hotel or hub environment to ensure effective
understanding and implementation. As the training is conducted on-site, this position involves heavy travel,
including traveling on weekends and holidays and for periods than can exceed 12 days.


10% Conduct supplemental training programs to include: New User Training Hub sessions for TLPe and TLGO, General
Manager Training, DOSM Training as well as TLPe presentations to hotel owners, divisional staff and proposed new
installations.


5 % Provide support to properties to ensure revenue maximization, system utilization and effective strategy implementation.
When conducting the various TLPe training sessions look for opportunities for process improvement, training changes and
system enhancements. Work with RMS Support and the RMS technical team to ensure effective technical support for
properties.


5% When conducting training, actively identify and report system bugs, solicit feedback for enhancements and identify
processes to improve system effectiveness. As new versions of TLPe and TLGO are being developed participate in
application testing and give feedback and recommendations on new enhancements.


Decision-making:
When conducting the Executive Planning and Primary Training sessions, the trainer will recommend changes to the Front
Office , Group Sales and Reservations Sales processes as they pertain to optimal performance of TLPe.


Key relationships:
RMS Support team to assist with difficult installations and/or to identify defects with current version of TLPe and TLGO.


*Requirements
Written/Verbal Mandarin and English languages are essential for the role.


Essential Starwood Director of Revenue Management or Revenue Manager experience at a minimum of one property, but
preferably two properties or more. A minimum of two years experience using TLPe and TLGO.


Essential Ability to use and guide trainees on Starwood systems including Valhalla and Property Management systems
relative to TLPe installation and support and various tools such as Starboard Reports, MarketVision and EZYield.
Comprehension of the Reservation and Group Sales process and ability to adjust guide Sales team through process change
in current management of their Sales and Catering system and TLGO.


Essential Good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to develop and deliver effective training
and the ability present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way.


Essential Effective listening skills and the ability to manage group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively



Essential Most works task are performed independently so
self-motivation, time management and ability to prioritize tasks are
necessary.

在各分销渠道上更新及推广酒店的价格信息,包括新价格,价格更改,促销包价和优惠活动

有效使用集团工具及系统的同时能够很好的在酒店各部门间行使收益管理的各类职能

监督和管理预订部,确保预订部每日工作能够顺畅的进行



任职资格:


良好的英文水平(口语&书面)

良好的人际交往,擅于沟通

自信并且能在压力下高效工作

熟练使用Opera,TLPe, Delphi,Cognos及其它各类集团应用系统
