1、 产品质量监控

根据标准要求制订产品检验和试验计划，跟踪生产线每天的产品质量状况，和建立产品质量控制系统，以确保产品符合客户和BOSCH的标准

Supervise Product Quality

Compile product inspection plan and test plan according to standard, follow up daily quality status, set up the control system for product quality. Assure the products can meet the customer and BOSCH standard

2、质量改进

定期跟踪质量改进措施的实施状况和8D状态偏差措施的跟踪

Quality Improvement

Regular review the quality improvement actions implementation and 8D status

3、 客户投诉

客户投诉产品确认与分析，发生客户投诉时必须24小时回复客户，48小时制订应急措施，14天内要求责任部门递交长期改进计划

Customer Complaint

Confirm and analyze customer complaint, response in 24hrs, short action in 48hrs, long term action should be submit to customer in 14days by owner

4、 培训

对检验员的产品知识和检验试验标准及检验设备的培训和相关文件更新的培训

Training

Train the inspector about product knowledge, inspection and test standards, inspection equipment operation

5、 新项目认可

1） 根据项目协调人的项目计划，编制认可试验计划和调研设备和工装需求，确定投资计划

2） 配合和支持项目协调人按时完成项目进度

New Projects Release

1) According to project schedule, compile test plan, investigate demand of test equipment and test fixture, confirm investment plan

2) Support project coordinator to finish the project in time
