Job Objective

This is an opportunity for an individual with prior experience seeking new challenges and broad database responsibility. This DBA is responsible for supporting MySQL (under Linux platform) and SQL Server databases, ensuring their performance, availability and security. While the focus of the position is on database administration, this candidate will also perform TSQL development and programming functions as needed. The compensation for this position depends on the candidate’s experience and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system
Responsible for database backup, maintenance, monitoring, security, audit tracking, data migration, data transmission and replication
To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
Helps define strategies for data acquisition, recovery, migration, and archiving
Responsible for coding, reviewing, advising, troubleshooting, and problem solving of T-SQL development, including stored procedures, views, trigger, function, or ETL implementation
Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs

Skills and Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as DBA for MySQL / Linux and MS SQL Server / Windows
At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with MS SQL Server
Experience in Data Modeling, Table and Index Design, as well as documenting database design
Experience in TSQL Programming and writing stored procedures
Experience in performance tuning and optimization, and user access and security control
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and communication skills
Strong initiative and sense of responsibility, team coordination and communication
Result-oriented. Willing to take the initiative and drive to get things done.
BS in Computer, Math, or technical subject, Master degree preferred. The degree requirement can be waived if Candidate has strong hands-on experiences.

Nice to have (but not required)

Hands on experience with VB.Net / C#, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Service), Service Broker, CDC, CLR, and log shipping of SQL Server
Knowledge of SAS, Data Mining Algorithm, and Oracle is also a plus

岗位职责 :
1). 负责MySQL以及MS SQL Server数据库的设计提案、实施构筑；
2). 负责监控数据库性能，评估和提供相关解决方案；
3). 负责所有生产项目程序、软件研发数据库故障的风险进行评估并制定详细恢复计划；
4). 定期评估和审核计算机系统有关数据库的安全状况，关注网络安全动态，堵塞网络安全漏洞，消除网络安全隐患，确保数据访问的畅通运行；
5). 开发并实现数据库的备份、恢复、灾备等；
6). 数据库用户权限的管理；
7). 编写、管理数据库有关conventions, practices, guideline, policies等文档；
8). 负责SQL语句编写、审核与优化；阅读、编写、调试和测试TSQL代码，包括复杂的查询和大批量应用的存储过程等

职位要求：

计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上的MySQL和SQL Server数据库管理和开发经验；
精通MySQL数据库原理，能够熟练进行数据备份、恢复，SQL优化，集群部署，数据同步等技术；
熟悉MySQL的MyISAM/InnoDB/Memory引擎，精通存储过程；
熟悉Linux操作系统，熟悉数据中心的设计、容量/性能管理和调优；
能够阅读、编写、调试和测试TSQL代码，包括复杂的查询和大批量应用的存储过程等
能够分析处理优化现有的存储过程，也能按照业务逻辑独立编程开发新的存储过程。
熟练运用微软的各种SQL Server工具，尤其是SSMS和BI Studio。
了解微软SQL Server Index Design Strategy, Replication, Service Broker, CDC, CLR，和Notification Service
工作踏实、敬业，有强烈的责任心和团队合作能力，善于沟通，热爱数据库编程和开发工作；
技术上善于接受他人的指点，肯学习和钻研，能够把不懂的问题和领域弄懂弄通
愿与team分享自己的心得、诀窍、新发现、知识和经验。
有SQL Server Data Mining, SAS, Oracle, NOSQL、Hadoop等管理和开发经验者更佳。
