岗位职责：

项目经理的指导下, 协助项目经理处理各种事务性的工作, 跟踪各种纸面单据在各部门的流转, 项目经理对项目文档进行整理和归档

Under the guiding by project manager, assistant for handing all kinds project daily tasks, follow-up all kinds paper circulation in relevant departments, collection and filing the project documents

协助,处理与总监/高级经理等上级工作有关的日常工作,包括但不限于会议和差旅安排,文档管理等

Coordinate and handle routine work concerning department head/senior managers, etc., including, but not limited to meeting and travel arrangement, filling system management etc.

岗位要求：

商务,行政,管理或语言专业,及其他相关专业,本科学历

Bachelor degree in Business, Administration, Management or Language, and other related majors

1 年以上相关工作经验

At least 1-year local experience in secretary related area

良好的英语说写能力，良好的办公软件技能

Good reading and writing skill in English, Good skills in office software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint …
