Tasks：
To approach drilling rig designers and makers, and drilling service companies in whole china, understand the customer needs
To promote AL decanter to the industry
Define sales strategy with the manager
To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel
Sell decanter via channel or directly to customer
Coordinate with central decanter team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance,
Establish and maintain an effective sales channel

Knowledge:
？ 3+ years drilling industry (required)
？ Education with oil drilling technology or chemical machinery .
Skills:
？ Fluent written and spoken English (required).
？ Good interpersonal communication .
？ Cross-cultural awareness.
Attitude:
？ Maintain a stable performance under pressure..
