职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Inspire and lead team to achieve goals and objectives. Provide coaching, guidance and work direction to staff. Develop teamwork among direct reports and with other depts.
- Be a role model for the Safety Program. Facilitate proper work habits to minimize injuries. Identify and correct unsafe conditions during daily operations. Participate in accident investigation process. Support Safety Committee and ensure area compliance to all documented Ametek programs. Accountable for area housekeeping and orderliness.
- Understand and support the company's ISO Quality Management System. Ensure employees are operating within this ISO Quality Management System. Responsible for administering quality criteria in area. Responsible for product quality in area.
- Execute the build schedule on the production floor. Monitor work load and make adjustments as necessary. Identify labor and equipment needs to achieve delivery goals. Communicate variances and delays against promise dates to management.
- Resolve Documentation Kit discrepancies (i.e. routings, prints, materials, etc.). Ensure all production data is entered into management systems. Keep appropriate production records. Enter data for reports as needed by management.
- Coordinate with Engineering for process set-up, process maintenance, manufacturing equipment and tooling maintenance, and calibration of inspection equipment.
- Continually monitor area to identify areas for improvement. Lead problem solving teams to continually improve quality and productivity; and to reduce scrap and rework.
- Make recommendations for employee training and development. Ensure employees and trained and certified per schedule. Document training activities.
- Take the lead in hiring process. Provide input from candidate interviews and selection steps to Reporting Manager and HR.
- Complete and deliver performance reviews for annual performance evaluation of direct reports based on Performance Management System.
- Administer attendance and approve hours reported to payroll. Approve time-off requests by direct reports as the schedule allows.
- Enforce company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with HR and Reporting Manager regarding application of progressive discipline program to staff.

Qualification:
- 3 years experiences in manufacturing environment with progressive responsibility.
- Demonstrated record of reliability including attendance, productivity, and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, measuring instruments, and graphs and special charts (SPC).
- Experience with wire, cable, and catheter products in medical environment is preferred.
- Experience working on a Continuous Improvement and/or a Problem Solving team is desired, Team leadership is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to be proactive and self motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and lead personnel to achieve desired results.
- Effective communication, interaction, cooperation, and collaboration skills with employees at all levels and in all functions.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are desired.
- Demonstrated intermediate level of computer skills, advanced computer skills desired.
- Demonstrated ability to have a sense of urgency.
- Capable of handling stress in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing. Hands-on experience is highly desirable.
