1.生产设备的保养和维修
Maintenance and repair of the production equipment.
2.对注塑成型设备和组装技术上的支持
Support of plastic injection machine and assembly technique
3.对编程设备的管理及支持，具备一定的PLC 编程能力 （西门子、欧姆龙等）
Administration and support of programming units/devices. With PLC programming ability such as Siemens, Omron ,and etc.
4.监控现场设备运行状态
Monitoring of the defects in the production equipment.
5.确保生产设备可用
Ensure the availability of the production equipment.
6.模具维修管理，确定模具内、外部维修；审核模具损坏报告并联系供应商报价及维修，审核供应商报价及工时，支持模具修复后验收。管理模具修理记录。
Mold repair management, define internal or external repair. Review mold damage report and contact supplier for repair quote and confirm repair man hour and quote. Follow up mold repair and support on mold checking after repair. Manage mold repair record.
7.设备及模具备件管理
Spare parts management of tooling and equipment.
8.检查监控生产工艺参数
Monitoring of process parameters.
9.编制设备维护指导书
Creating of maintenance instruction documents.
10.计划并实施预防性维护
Plan and proceed preventive maintenance.
11.设备及模具的结构性改造或改良性修理，提高设备模具的可靠性。
Lead improvement repair on machine and mold to upgrade reliability.
12.负责设备更新改造。
Responsible for equipment renew and rebuild work.
13.参与新设备的技术要求，选型，设计评审，调试，验收评估
Involved in new equipment and tool specification, selection, design review, run off and acceptance checking.
14.对维护人员及领班开展维修技能、保养技能培训。
Repair and maintenance training on maintenance people as well as shift leader.
15.支持持续改进工作，包括作业安全改进，7S实施及改进,，OEE管理及改进
Support on continuous improvement activities. Including Operation safety, 7S implement and improve, OEE management and improve, and etc
16.汇报给维护经理并完成上级临时分配的工作
Report to maintenance manager and finish the temporary job from leader.
