岗位职责：

1、面辅料业务统筹管理

统筹负责面辅料的质量检验、检测工作，辅助工厂解决因面辅料产生的质量异常和改善；

2、检验报告管理

负责定期提供面辅料质量检验报告，提报质量检验数据，及制定预防和防范面辅料质量管控措施；

负责质量数据汇总、统计、分析，为相关部门和品管质量工作提供数据依据；

3、对外关系内容

统筹负责公司质量理念、质量标准、操作要求等信息向工厂的传递和检查督促执行；

协助开展对面拓展辅料供应商的评估及合作绩效评估。

4、团队建设和管理

协助部门经理做好检查、监督、指导部门员工工作，对部门员工进行专业知识和技能的培训及潜力挖掘。

岗位要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，纺织、染整、质量检验类专业；

2、 掌握各类面辅料的特性和质量控制基本方法，掌握各类面辅料生产制作过程的各个环节；

3、 3年及以上面辅料工作经验或面料染整厂工作经验，有1年面辅料质量团队管理经验；

4、 善于沟通，有团队协作精神。
