3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES总体责任:

To take overall responsibility of logistics activity from spare parts import and export, logbook processing and production completion to ship out and follows up for the delivery. Handles the shipping, receiving and control the 3^rd party forwarder and warehousing for company.

负责零部件的进出口物流，处理产品的空运或海运，跟进交期。处理第三方的货代或仓储。

4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任:

4.1 Take charge of the spare parts import &export with the vendors to be delivered on time.

负责零部件的进出口及准时交货。

4.2 Coordinate with the forwarders to arrange the international transportation smoothly.

和货代人员合作，顺利安排国际运输。

4.3 With good capability of order following up and character of thorough & detailed operation practice. Follow up the documents from vendors and prepare the related documents to overseas office & Clients

很好的负责订单的跟进，跟进供应商的相关文件及准备好海外办公室和客户的相关文件。

4.4 To handle the setup of Logbook and relevant certificate process. eg. free-of-3C Certificate, etc

处理空运的安装及相关的认证流程

4.5 Lead logistic optimization project to achieve cost saving, lean logistic target.

优化物流项目达到节约成本，完成物流目标

4.6 Participant/lead logistic service purchasing, tender projects.

参与物流服务的采购及招标项目
4.7 Evaluate analysis and identify the cost saving/supply chain optimization potential, provide the improvement solution/design the optimization concepts.

评估分析及确定成本控制、优化供应链提供改进方案、设计优化概念
4.8 Support plants on improvement project execution and realize the cost saving.

改进项目的执行及实现成本的控制
4.9 Logistic service provider’s management and development.

开发和管理物流服务的提供商

4.10 Logistic relevant surveys.

6.0 REQUIREMENTS:

6.1 5 year hands on working experience in plants logistics, with understanding of lean logistic concept.

五年以上物流管理经验，具有一定的物流观念的理解力

6.2 Good network with custom and other local regulatory bodies

和海关及当地监管部门的良好的人脉关系

6.3 Knowledge in supply chain is an advantage

有供应链相关知识者更佳

6.4 Logistic operation trouble shooting skill.

在物流运行过程中 解决疑难问题的能力

6.5 Strong team work, effective interpersonal and communication skills

较强的团队合作及有效的人际交往能力

6.6 Knowledge and professional of office tools and office organization.

专业的办公机构和办公工具

6.7 Diploma in Materials / Logistics Management / Business Administration or any related discipline

材料、物流管理、企业管理等相关专业毕业

6.8 Good English speaking and writing.
