职位描述
Job Responsibility:
l Provide prompt and qualified helpdesk support to all dealers and branches to resolve aftermarket service problems.
l Handle daily warranty claim and settlement in compliance with company warranty policy.
l Develop professional service training programs aimed at field service team of all the branches as well as of the dealers and deliver the training accordingly.
l Provide aftermarket sales support as required.
l Manage and maintain Product Problem Resolution Process.
Job Specification:
l University degree with major in mechanics or electrics.
l Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technical support functions in equipment manufacturing industry; experience in forklift industry is preferred.
l Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of internal-combustion engine and hydraulic knowledge is a must.
l Good presentation and communication skill.
l Strong in problem solving.
l Good command of English both in verbal and written.
l Willing to travel.
