REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Mechanical Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Maintenance supervisor (E&I) building up maintenance team and in line with site vision.
协助电仪维修主管组建维修团队，实现工厂的目标。
2. During project phase, support project team in equipment construction, commissioning job, for example,
construction quality inspection, vendor workshop inspection.
在项目施工阶段，协助项目团队完成设备安装，试车的工作。如设备安装质量的检查，设备制造商厂内验收。
3. During project phase, support E&I supervisor complete the D1R plan.
在项目阶段，协助电仪主管完成D1R的计划任务。
4. During plant normal operation phase, complete plant day to day repair maintenance job assigned by SAP work
order.
在工厂正常运行阶段，依照SAP工单的安排，完成每天设备维护维修的工作。
5. During plant shutdown period, complete plant TA maintenance job as plan.
工厂停工阶段，按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。
6. Train and coach junior peers and contractors, improve their professional knowledge and skill.
培训和指导年轻同事和承包商，提高他们的专业知识和技能。
7. Support maintenance supervisor manage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop
are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as warehouse housekeeping.
协助机械维修主管管理维修间，保证维修间内的设备和工具完好备用，做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。
8. Complete the job assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。


REQUIREMENTS

1. Technical secondary school graduate or above in electrical, instrumentation and auto,
中专及以上学校毕业，电子，仪表及自动化专业背景
2. At least 12+ years maintenance working experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical plant.
至少12年以上化工厂及石化厂电仪维修经验。
3. Familiar with the instrument equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as DCS, field instrument
control valve, analyzer; familiar with electrical equipment inspection procedure and calibration procedure, such as
transformer, breaker, motorbus, and VFD.
熟悉电仪设备的维修和故障处理，例如DCS, 现场仪表，控制阀维修，分析仪校验，变压器的检查，开关，马达，
UPS，变频器的故障处理。
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.
沟通能力强，良好的同事关系和团队合作精神。
5. HV and LV electrical equipment operation certificate holder will be preferred.
拥有高低压电工操作证者更佳。
