Position:　Business accountant

Summary: This job deal with business account related general ledger and sub-ledger , make sure that general ledger in consistent with sub-ledger and breakdown; develop related report to meet with accounting management goal.

Job Responsibilities

• Check accounting data correctness of dealer service fee and ensure cross-dept. work flow smoothly.
• Collect interest subsidy data; Check accrued interest
• Check interest subsidy amount received, and make regular summary sheet accordingly
• Deal with customer bank TT and control amount and quantity of customer TT.
• Maintain the accuracy of advances received account
• Make sure business accounting general ledger in the balance sheet in accordance with sub-ledger or breakdown
• Account monthly finance lease and institution loan transaction
• Customize finance report in finance system, and analysis these report
• Base on business nature and procedure design accounting book method and control potential risk.
• Other jobs assigned by leader.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of ERP systems and office software
• Good team work spirit and good communications skills

概况：

这个岗位主要是负责与业务相关的一些会计科目及账务处理，保证总账科目与明细账的一致；另外还有根据管理的要求配合开发相关一些客户化报表等工作；

岗位职责：

• 跟踪经销商服务费相关会计处理和流程的正确性。
• 收集贴息数据，核对应计利息及收入数据。
• 核对贴息收款金额，根据收款金额维护汇总表。
• 检查客户汇款数据，控制未达账的金额及数量。
• 维护预收款账户准确。
• 确保资产负债表中与业务相关科目总账与明细的一致及数据准确。
• 每月融资租赁业务,机构贷款业务核算,入账。
• 财务系统的客户化报表的开发,以及系统更新。
• 业务流程的会计处理的设计以及会计风险的控制。
• 领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

• 会计或财务相关专业本科学历；
• 三年以上相关工作经验；
• 了解财务，税务相关法规；熟悉国内会计准则；
• 熟悉相关财务软件和办公软件使用；
• 良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；
