职位描述：
1. 按照公司标准和客户要求，为项目演示，生产加工和现场安装出清晰准确的平面，立面，店铺细节图纸。
2. 有能力解决技术细节者更佳。
3. 有同时负责多个项目出图任务的能力。
4. 有能力根据已生产出的产品建立和完善图纸，为以后项目所用；有意愿对工厂内已完成的产品做质量检查。
5. 对于家具结构，有较好的工艺和商业性质的理解；熟悉材料和工艺技术，制作高效的店铺和生产工艺图。
6. 协助生产部和项目组按照生产进度，确保并改进产品质量。
7.上级交办的其他事项

任职要求：
1. 性别不限
2. 建筑专业或家具设计等相关专业。
3. 熟练使用AutoCAD 2013设计软件，会其他设计软件，如3D效果图更优。
4. 至少3年以上工装、软装和家具设计等领域经验。
5. 能接受因工作需要的加班。
6.专注细节，灵活多变，结果导向，团队合作。能在压力下按照交期完成出图任务。
7. 出色的中文沟通能力，会英语者更佳
8. 能读懂并正确理解建筑图纸、招标文件以及客户需求
9. 能够高度自觉完成交给的任务，无需上级监督
10. 充满热情，一丝不苟，为人诚恳，工作勤奋
11. 乐于助人，积极交流，团队合作的精神

Descriptions
1.Can produce clear & accurate CAD working drawings, essentially Layout Plan, Elevation, Shop drawings & specifications in accordance with company standards & client needs for project presentation, production and site installation.
2.Can resolve technical detail is highly beneficial.
3.Can handle multiple tasks in various stages of development.
4.With knowledge in preparation of ‘As Built Drawing’ for future project references, and willing to tender quality check on finish product inside the factory.
5.Good technical and commercial understanding of furniture construction, materials and techniques for effective shop drawings & production process.
6. Liaising with the production and project team to maintain and improve quality output within the production phase.
7. Performs related tasks as assign by Superior.

Qualifications
1. Male or Female
2.Architecture Graduate or Furniture Drafting Technology courses related.
3. Proficient in design software, AutoCAD 2013 is preferred but not limited, uses other design software and/ or 3D rendering is plus.
4. Preferably with at least minimum 3 years working experience in design, construction & manufacturing for Façade, Luxury Interior Fit-out & Furniture.
5.Must be willing to render overtime when required.
6. With an eye for detail, highly flexible, result-oriented, ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
7. Ability to communicate well. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English is preferred.
8. Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, tender documents and client needs and specifications.
9. Capacity to learn, adapt, able to work independently with minimum supervision and full responsibility.
10.An enthusiastic, good presentation skills, meticulous, honest and hardworking
11. Demonstrate an interest in the contribution of others, communicating proactively and building team spirit.
