职位描述：
1.按照公司标准和客户要求，为项目演示，生产加工和现场安装出清晰准确的平面，立面，店铺细节图纸
2.协同生产部和项目部，维护并改善在生产期内质量控制措施
3.协助供应商采购生产所需的材料和工艺解释
4.定期同部门员工回顾项目任务，以确保人员的合理安排，任务的及时执行和相关的协调工作
5.同项目经理，生产经理密切合作，确保送审图纸和生产图纸符合要求和相关标准，及时反馈相关信息给工艺部，保持店铺图纸的一致性
6.协调日常工作，确保进度，控制成本，保证质量。规范项目目标，向部门主管或项目经理报告项目进度
7.对于家具结构，有较好的工艺和商业性质的理解；熟悉材料和工艺技术，制作高效的店铺和生产工艺图
8.出色的技术问题解决能力，可以担当技术指导的角色
9.可以为项目经理和项目团队在技术问题上提出建议和意见
10.有同时负责多个项目任务的能力
11.负责妥善保管项目有关的记录，数据和文件等
12.负责部门员工的绩效评估
13.上级交办的其他工作

岗位要求：
1.性别不限
2.本科学历，建筑或工业产品设计等相关专业
3.对于工程管理有出色的理解能力。
4.至少3年以上工装、软装和家具设计等领域经验。
5.较强的领导能力，设计能力以及解决问题的能力。
6.熟练使用AutoCAD 2013等设计软件，会其他设计工具，如3D效果图者更优。
7.专注细节，灵活多变，结果导向，团队合作。能在压力下按照交期完成出图任务
8.关注生产进度，有成本控制意识，掌握计划和进度。
9.出色的中文沟通能力，会英语者更佳
10.可以接受因工作需求的加班
11.充满热情，一丝不苟，为人诚恳，工作勤奋

Description:
1.Can provide clear & accurate CAD working drawings, essentially Layout Plan, Elevation, Shop drawings & Technical specification in accordance with company standards & client needs for project presentation, production and site installation.
2.Coordinate with the production and project team to maintain and improve quality control measures within the production phase.
3.Coordinate with suppliers in purchasing of materials needed for production.
4.Conduct reviews of Engineering task with staff on a regular basis to ensure efficient manpower utilization, timely execution of work, and coordination of work.
5.Works closely with the Engineering team with the Project Managers through Production Managers and all other concern in order to ensure that the drawings for submission and production are coordinated among required specification and standard; provides input to Engineering team to maintain consistency in shop drawings.
6.Monitors the coordination work on a regular basis to ensure compliance with schedule, production cost, and technical quality. Assists the disciplines in maintaining Project objectives and reports progress to Department head/ or directly to Project Managers.
7.Good technical and commercial understanding of furniture construction, materials and techniques for effective production process.
8.Resolving technical detail with good problem solving skills is highly beneficial. Act as Technical Authority.
9.Advice and lead Project Managers and Team on technical issues.
10.Handle multiple projects in various stages of development.
11.Assures that project records, data, and documents are properly maintained and stored for future references
12.Evaluates Department staff performance.
13.May perform other task as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:
1.Male or Female
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural/ Industrial Engineering or any related courses to Furniture Manufacturing studies
3.Have excellent fundamental comprehension in Engineering Management.
4.Preferably with at least minimum 3 years working experience in design, construction & manufacturing for Façade, Luxury Interior Fit-out & Furniture.
5.Strong leadership skills, design knowledge and delivering competent solutions
6.Proficient in design software, AutoCAD 2013 is preferred but not limited, uses other design software and/ or 3D rendering is plus.
7.With an eye for detail, highly flexible, result-oriented, ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
8.Keep an eye on production timescales, aware of costs/budgets, schedules and processes
9.An enthusiastic, good presentation skills, meticulous, honest and hardworking
10.Must be willing to render overtime when required
11.Ability to communicate well. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English is preferred
