Responsibility:

1. Technical support to the global sales team.
2. Create technical sales documentation, maintain the depth product knowledge.
3. Issues recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups in a timely manner for Sales Department.
4. Technical presentations for customers.
5. Communicate technical design guidelines.
6. Provide feedback from the market to product management.


Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical or related education, relevant work experience is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skill and team player.
3. Be skilled in paper work & project presentation.
4. Fluently in written and oral English and computer literate.
5. Solution & customer service oriented, self-motivated, creative and well organized, can work under pressure.
