YAMGAZ Project Yard Quality Coordinator

Requirement:

- International project experience in module fabrication, expected 15~20 years experience;
- Fluent English, Chinese / Russian language preferred if not Chinese;
- Strong team management, to lead the yard inspector team and work with YAMGAZ yard team;
- To be based in yard for 2~3 years.

Job Description:

-Be responsible for the management of all the Quality Leads and Inspectors on the yard;
-Reports directly to the Project Manager;
-Closely liaise and coordinate with YAMGAZ’s Yard Quality Managers;
-Closely communicate with the Quality Leaders and Inspectors to implement the Quality Control Plan, related Inspection Test Plan and Quality Control Forms;
-Ensure the transmission and implementation of all specifications, implementation plans, drawings, Quality Control Plans, general schedule of works, physical progress reports, 3-week look ahead planning, QC document control procedure, Easy Plant use instructions, etc.;

-Implement the YAMGAZ’s policies and procedures – in particular the implementation of the re-test policy in the project;
-Responsible for the building, management and coordination of BVCC team in specific Yard;
-Work out, jointly with Yard quality leaders of all disciplines and Yard Contractor personnel, the Mobilization and De-mobilization Plan based on the production schedule and plan;
-Sign for receiving or issuing relevant files, notifications, reports and reporting forms within the authorization;
-Coordinate the interfaces of inspection and test activities of different disciplines;
-Survey and check all QA/QC activities. Oversee the job-related behavior of all team members;
-Take charge of analysis and handling of job quality incident of BVCC team members in specific Yard;
-Identify and communicate the resources (personnel and equipment) gaps to the Project Manager.
