Tasks:

-Support of business areas in all aspects of process improvements, such as benchmarking, cost analysis and implementation.
-Manage optimization projects and conduct improvement workshops, report regularly to steering committees and CEO.
-Prepare presentation materials for reports to project and workshop steering committees.
-Coordinate Porsche Improvement Process (PIP) activities in China with PIP responsible at HQ sales & marketing and contribute to the enhancement of the PIP program by participating in internal knowledge exchange activities.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system (IKS) and consult own retails dealers for implementation.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial or Automotive Engineering
-Minimum 2 years related experience in the field of project management, process optimization, consulting or within the automotive area
-Experience in the field of process design and implementation as well as knowledge of the Kaizen-model would be advantageous
-Automotive background highly preferred
-Excellent communicational and fluent English skills required, German is an advantage, Mandarin would be optional
-Engaged and strong personality
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
