The Training Coordinator’s task is to develop, establish and strengthen the behavioral, product, brand,professional skill training as well as technical training in the PC to support the Porsche sales and after sales business. S/He also coordinates between PC and Porsche China Training Department. In addition s/he is in charge for the general training organization including planning,organizing and reporting within the Porsche Centre for all staff.

Responsibilities

- Develop PC training plan and strategy, derived from the Porsche China training strategy
- Ensure that training plan required by Business Plan for each individual within Porsche Centre are carried out and well implemented
- Organize and administer trainings and evaluate the quality assurance of training and development measures
-Conduct internal trainings and workshops with special target groups
- Track training record and submit training reports to PC management as well as to Porsche China
-Participate in the training program and train-the-trainer organised by Porsche China
- Implement the Training Management System (new Porsche Academy - NPA) to organise Porsche specific training
-Train all staff in using the different elements of the new Porsche Academy
- Work out the online training plan to everyone, and monitor the online training activities at NPA according to the learning path
- Responsible for additional training documentation in Training and Personnel Development Plan
- Close Cooperation with every PC employee regarding the training event travel arrangement,
individual training report and training follow up action plans.
-Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China
-Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
- Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
-Dealing with all training related expenses, such as training fee, travel cost, etc.

Requirements

- Experience (minimum 2-3 years) as training coordinator/assistant or trainer, preferably in an international environment
- Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
- Be a representative (“ambassador”) of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
- Understand the scope of Sales, Marketing & Management - as well as After Sales - , and System Training
- Understand the different areas of staff development & training in the automotive retail industry (e.g. Product knowledge, Sales & Communication skills, Management skills and Technical skills)
- Understand the structure and respective need of the Porsche Centre’s organisation chart including its different job roles and the respective needs, learning - and development paths
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent organisational and project skills
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, basic level of English competency is required
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficient IT knowledge (MS office, Lotus Notes and Internet)
