职位描述
Title: Staffing Manager
Report to: China Staffing Head
Subordinates: 8 staffing team members around China
Working location: Shanghai downtown area
Key responsibilities:
1.Mainly for the staffing work on all Sales and relevant positions in China that is the most critical part of company.
2.Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop a tailored recruiting solution incorporating industry benchmarking, targeted recruitment campaigns and analysis to track and report staffing metrics.
3.Gather specific customer needs related to recruitment and staffing and develop a strategic recruitment plan and a sustainable process to track metrics and accomplishments against plan.
4.Utilize specific Industry research, benchmarking and trend analysis to support business strategy and help forecast future talent needs.
5.Utilize special events, print & media marketing, search firms and association relationships to promote key open positions;
6.Build strong relationships cross-functionally and drive recruitment and selection practice for all level hiring managers.
7.Manage search firm relationships to ensure strategic use and cost effective contracts to address recruitment needs.
8.Build relationships and partnering with industry and trade organizations, third party vendors such as headhunters and diversity sources to develop pipeline for future needs.
9.Participate transformational projects to continue to build a world class recruiting and staffing organization, examples would include tools and technology assessment, recruitment campaigns, quality of hire analysis, candidate experience life cycle.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related discipline.
2.Around 8 years working experience in total.
3.Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, and being open to change (positive or negative)
4.Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment process simplification and deliver top quality customer services
5.Strong business acumen, analytical and project/process management skills
6.Ability to communicate using English (and local language)
7.Aggressive, result oriented, strong pro-active, good team management ability, willing to independent working and good trouble shooting ability.
