Position: Operation Manager

To establish an OP group, whose responsibilities are: to integrate tourism resources, design tourism products and control the cost of the travel; to negotiate with the airlines, hotels, restaurants, tourism fleet and cooperated travel agencies about the ground fees, inquire, booking, handle air tickets, visas, aids during the tours and other related matters. Besides prepare thoroughly the group travel plan, is also to monitor the whole journey of the accommodated touring groups.

Requirement:

1. Responsible for integrating tourism resources and design VIP tourism products;
2. Responsible for the operation and management of outbound tourism team;
3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas local travel agents and airline resources;
4. Responsible for the coordination and cooperation with sales, visa, ticket and financial departments in the operation;
5. Have a strong sense of service. Be highly responsible and a good team player, has a strong working ability, and be able to work under high pressure;
6. Good English skills of reading, writing and speaking. That with CET-6 or above is preferred; Good computer skills;
7. Very familiar with the tourism operation process; that with overseas local travel resources is preferred.

负责建立OP团队，进行整合旅游资源、包装VIP出游产品，掌握着旅行的成本；要与接待旅游团队的航空公司，酒店、餐馆、旅游车队及合作的地接社等洽谈接待费用，询问舱位、订舱、办理机票、签证，销售出团时的援助等事宜。除周到安排团队行程计划书外，配合出行管家，还要对所接待旅游团队的整个行程进行监控。

职位要求：

1. 负责整合旅游资源、包装VIP旅游产品；
2. 出境旅游团队的操作运营；
3. 负责境外地接社,配套的航空公司的开发和维护；
4. 负责操作过程中，与销售、签证、票务、财务部门的配合与协调；
5. 有较强的服务意识。对工作有高度的责任心,具备良好的团队精神, 工作能力强,能承担较强的工作压力；
6. 具备一定的英语读写说能力, 英语6级以上优先；熟练掌握办公软件的应用；
7. 非常熟悉旅游行业计调的操作流程。4年以上的旅游工作经验，有境外地接社资源者优先。
