Primary Goals:
Strengthen HVCC China’s manufacturing competitiveness to world class through improving core competence and implementing operation excellence
Manage/improve manufacturing KPI and resolve manufacturing related issues in China working with local and global team

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage CAPEX in China region based on business plan and approve spending accordingly
- Develop/implement optimized manufacturing strategy considering regional & global capacity
- Support/execute new site, expansion and make vs buy study working with local and global team
- Provide best facility, tooling & labor minute for new program pursuit
- Develop/apply cost-effective process, equipment & tooling through benchmarking regional competitor
- Be responsible for achieving the manufacturing objectives and execution, which will be measured by KPIs as
Scrap
L&OH Efficiency
Productivity(OEE, UPH)
Other agreed upon objectives
- Work in a team environment to identify and solve problems, document root cause and corrective actions, submit reports and results to management, submit presentations and recommendations on how to reduce scrap and improve process stability.
- Use data driven approach to implement improvements in the manufacturing areas for process stabilization, repeatability, control, efficiencies of labor, and time and cost reduction in scrap and rework. Implement new tooling, jigs, and fixture designs into the manufacturing process to eliminate waste, reduce scrap, and improve efficiency.
- Support internal activities associated with successful launch of new products. Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- Meet and support division goals and objectives for all internal and external customers.
- Responsible for overseeing the production of programs for the customer in terms of quality and resolution of any complaints

Education:
- Bachelor degree major in Mechanics or Electrics or Material related engineering

Required Skills and Experience:
- Above 5 years’ working experience in climate manufacturing or relevant engineering
- English language competency is required
- Competency in Auto-cad design for equipment and process layouts.
- Ability for self-directed learning with respect to processes and equipment development
- Good leadership and visional strategic planning capability
- Good interpersonal skills to work in a diversified multicultural environment
- Conduct all business activities according to the highest organizational, social, ethical and legal standards
