Description:
Staffing Management
- Assist in setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan;
- Independently handle recruiting activities for workers and junior to middle level positions in office and support HR Manager on executive level positions accordingly;
- Deeply understand position background and FD to search and screen out suitable candidates; arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices;
- Work closely with recruitment service venders: website, headhunter, newspaper, labor agency etc.;
- Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency;
- Help HR Manager to negotiate the offer with the candidate and follow issues till on board;
- Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pools
- Help to prepare and submit kinds of manpower analysis report ( turnover, vacancy, headcount, recruitment tracking) in a monthly basis;
- Update the organization charts, Function Description & Target Agreement for employees regularly;
- Co-working with internal C&B professional and external vendors to manage staff in and out process, including background check, personnel processing, exit interview, leave exit check, etc.
Training & Development & Performance Appraisal
- Record all training programs and develop & maintain the training database for all employees
- New employees (office & worker) orientation training and guarantee them all signed related documents.
- Organize external training implementation as per specified & approved training plan.
- Assist HR Admin manager to work-out the training plan for workforce
- Responsible for all special post (特殊岗位) training implementation
- Assist for daily internal trainings coordination and create monthly training report;
- Be responsible for all performance appraisal management
- Support HR Manager on other HR development activities.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant fields with min +3 years HR experience.
? Good knowledge of employment laws application, staffing, training or performance management
? Knows IS09001, OHSAS18000, IRIS requirements concerning training & appraisal parts
? Strong analytical, problem solving, consulting, and project management skills.
? High level with strong customer service and “can do” attitude.
? Is able to offer solutions to complex issues and work under a matrix organization
? Good team player
