Key responsibilities:
1. Arrange work schedule for Engineering Director and provide relevant support.
2. Arrange & coordinate Engineering Director’s travel schedule and daily work.
3. Responsible for managing and achieving Engineering Director daily file, document receipted and all the submitted documents for Engineering Director approval.
4. Communicate with department managers for monthly closing or project management
5. Contact with related person to arrange internal and external meetings
6. Responsible for managing and provide good service to visiting guests.
7. Responsible for collecting & preparing material for the company -level meeting, recording meeting minutes and following up the resolution implementation.
8. Part of the time devoted to GM for travel arrangement such as flight, hotel, car booking, etc.
9. Other tasks assigned by Engineering Director.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or engineering background will be preferred
2. Above 2 years’ assistant working experience
3. CET6, excellent English skills
4. Good skills in both written and oral expression, familiar with office software.
5. Responsible, careful, good logical ability
6. Good coordination skills and strong confidential sense
7. Open minded, positive and good-mannered
